Payments and Security

For purchases made on aubainerie.com, the following payment methods are accepted:

• Mastercard credit card

Currently, we are unable to accept online payments by debit cards, prepaid credit cards and Aubainerie gift cards. However, they can be used at any time in our stores.

A detailed online receipt will be sent to the email address provided once your package has been shipped.

This receipt must be provided for exchanges or refunds.

For security reasons, no confidential data is kept on our servers.

If you have an Aubainerie customer account, only the first four and last four digits of your credit card will be displayed in your account to allow you to quickly identify credit cards. You can manage or delete a saved credit card at any time from your Aubainerie account.

Your payment information is securely stored at Adyen, the credit card processing platform we use for payments made on aubainerie.com.

By choosing to save a credit card in your aubainerie.com account, you consent to the confidential and secure transmission and storage of your information in the form of a payment token on Adyen’s servers.

You may terminate this agreement at any time by deleting your credit cards saved on your aubainerie.com account. You will be informed by email in the event of a change to this consent agreement.
