Canada Post Strike – Update on Our Shipments
We continue to deliver your orders to the majority of regions in Canada thanks to UniUni, Intelcom, and Canpar.
Unfortunately, some remote areas and P.O. boxes are served exclusively by Canada Post.
For held orders, we are closely monitoring the situation and will keep you informed as soon as we have updates, while actively exploring alternative solutions.

Shipping is free on orders of $75 or more before taxes. This offer is valid in Canada only, on merchandise ordered online, and is subject to change during promotional events.
For orders under $75 before taxes, a flat shipping fee of $8.95 will be added to your final invoice.
An express shipping option is also available for $14.95*.
* Shipping and handling fees are subject to change. Taxes also apply to shipping fees.

During regular periods*, standard shipping takes between 2 to 4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
For express shipping, please allow 1 to 2 business days.
During high-traffic periods**, standard delivery may take between 4 to 7 business days, while express delivery remains at 1 to 2 business days.
Orders are shipped and delivered by Canada Post and Canpar. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package right to your door!
* Delivery times may vary during busy periods or depending on your location.
* Deliveries to remote areas may take up to 15 business days.
** Refers to promotional periods or any exceptional circumstances.

Aubainerie assumes the risk of loss of items ordered on aubainerie.com, as soon as they are taken possession of by the carrier, for both purchases and returns made by mail.
* In the event that the instructions described in the return or exchange section of a purchase are not followed, you will assume the risk of loss until we receive the package, at which time Aubainerie will take possession of said merchandise.

Merchandise returns are free of charge and must be made within 30 days of the online purchase date*.
There are two ways to return items purchased online:
In-store* : Present yourself at the Aubainerie store of your choice with the paper or electronic online invoice and the item you wish to return.
By mail: Simply follow the procedure included in your package.
Exchanges can only be made in-store. However, it is possible to return an unsuitable item and place a new order.
*Items purchased on aubainerie.com cannot be returned to an Aubainerie Entrepôt store.

It is not possible to return merchandise purchased in-store by mail.
AUBAINERIE STORES
Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Items may be returned or exchanged at any Aubainerie store, except Aubainerie Entrepôt* stores.
AUBAINERIE ENTREPÔT STORES
Returns and exchanges must be made within 15 days of purchase.
You may return or exchange items at any Aubainerie Entrepôt store.

To return or exchange merchandise, it is important to keep the original invoice and to ensure that the tags remain on the garments.
Items must not have been altered, worn or washed.
Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Items on sale or liquidation that are 50% or more off the regular price cannot be exchanged or refunded.
For reasons of hygiene, no returns or refunds will be granted for the following items:
- men's or women's underwear (panties, bras, boxers and briefs)
- men's or women's stockings
- women's tights
- earrings
Swimwear can be returned online for a refund or exchanged/refunded directly in-store.

du 14 octobre 2025 pourra être retourné ou échangé jusqu'au 11 janvier 2026.

janvier 2026.
Conditions générales
Tous les achats restent soumis à notre politique de service à la clientèle :
les articles doivent être non portés, non lavés et idéalement avec leurs
étiquettes. Les sous-vêtements demeurent des ventes finales.
