Free shipping on purchase of $75 or more

Delivery is free on orders of $75 or more before taxes. This offer is valid in Canada only, on merchandise ordered online and may change during promotions. For orders of less than $75 before taxes, a fixed shipping fee of $8.95 will be added to your final receipt. Express shipping is also available for $14.95*.

**Important message delivery time**

We would like to inform you that we have received many orders following our end-of-season promotion. The resulting delay is approximately 10 working days. We will do our utmost to process your order as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience.

 

Standard delivery takes between 2 and 4 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) under normal circumstances*, while express delivery takes between 1 and 3 working days. Orders are shipped and delivered by Canada Post. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an e-mail with a tracking number so you can follow your package until it reaches its destination!

* * Delivery to remote locations may take up to 15 working days.

Trust shipping company

Aubainerie assumes the risk of loss of items ordered on aubainerie.com, as soon as they are taken possession of by the carrier, for both purchases and returns made by mail.


* In the event that the instructions described in the return or exchange section of a purchase are not followed, you will assume the risk of loss until we receive the package, at which time Aubainerie will take possession of said merchandise.

Returns and exchanges

Online purchases

Merchandise returns are free of charge and must be made within 30 days of the online purchase date*.

There are two ways to return items purchased online:


In-store* : Present yourself at the Aubainerie store of your choice with the paper or electronic online invoice and the item you wish to return.


By mail: Simply follow the procedure included in your package.

Exchanges can only be made in-store. However, it is possible to return an unsuitable item and place a new order.

*Items purchased on aubainerie.com cannot be returned to an Aubainerie Entrepôt store.

In-store purchases

It is not possible to return merchandise purchased in-store by mail.

AUBAINERIE STORES

Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Items may be returned or exchanged at any Aubainerie store, except Aubainerie Entrepôt* stores.



AUBAINERIE ENTREPÔT STORES

Returns and exchanges must be made within 15 days of purchase.

You may return or exchange items at any Aubainerie Entrepôt store.

Conditions

To return or exchange merchandise, it is important to keep the original invoice and to ensure that the tags remain on the garments.

Items must not have been altered, worn or washed.

Final Sale

Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Items on sale or liquidation that are 50% or more off the regular price cannot be exchanged or refunded.

For reasons of hygiene, no returns or refunds will be granted for the following items:

  • men's or women's underwear (panties, bras, boxers and briefs)
  • men's or women's stockings
  • women's tights
  • earrings
