Concours – « Ma belle-mère est une sorcière »

1. Le concours « Ma belle-mère est une sorcière » est organisé par Groupe JNC 1944 inc., (ci-après l' « Organisateur » du concours). Il se déroule du 10 août 2025 à 12h (HE) au 31 août 2025 à 00h00 (HE) (ci-après la « durée du concours »).

ADMISSIBILITÉ

2. Ce concours s’adresse à toute personne âgée de 18 ans et plus résidant au Canada au moment du concours.

3. Les employés, agents et représentants de l’Organisateur, ainsi que leurs agences de publicité, partenaires, marchands, fournisseurs de prix, de matériel et de services liés au concours, ainsi que les membres de leur famille immédiate (frères, sœurs, enfants, parents), leur conjoint(e) légal(e) ou de fait, ainsi que toute personne avec laquelle ces employés, représentants et agents sont domiciliés, ne sont pas admissibles. En s'inscrivant, les participants (ou leur parent/tuteur légal, le cas échéant) acceptent d'être régis par les modalités et conditions du présent règlement.

Tout participant n’ayant pas atteint la majorité peut participer au concours, à condition que le parent ou le tuteur légal dudit participant l’autorise et accepte de respecter le présent Règlement (ledit parent ou tuteur légal doit, entre autres, accepter de signer la déclaration et la décharge de responsabilité et accepter de recevoir le prix au nom dudit participant mineur, si ce dernier est déclaré Gagnant). 

COMMENT PARTICIPER

4. Aucun achat requis. Une seule façon de participer : il suffit de remplir le formulaire en indiquant son prénom, son nom de famille et son adresse courriel. Seules les participations soumises pendant la durée du concours seront admissibles au tirage. 

PRIX

5. Les prix offerts sont :

25 laissez-passer familiaux (valables pour 4 personnes) pour assister à l’une des premières du film, et 20 laissez-passer doubles pour voir le film en salle dès sa sortie.

Valeur totale des prix : 1 750 $.

Les heures et lieux exacts seront transmis uniquement aux gagnants par courriel.

Dates, lieux et horaires sujets à changement sans préavis. Les prix ne sont ni échangeables, ni transférables, ni remboursables, et ne peuvent être convertis en argent.

TIRAGE

6. Le 3 septembre 2025 à 12 h (HE), au siège social de l’Organisateur, un tirage au sort sera effectué pour désigner les gagnant(e)s. Ces personnes seront contactées par courriel le même jour et disposeront d’un délai de cinq (5) jours pour répondre. 

En cas d’absence de réponse dans ce délai, ou si une personne gagnante ne satisfait pas aux conditions du présent règlement, un nouveau tirage sera effectué pour attribuer le prix concerné. Ce processus pourra être répété jusqu’à un maximum de trois (3) tentatives par prix. Si aucun(e) participant(e) sélectionné(e) ne répond ou ne satisfait aux conditions, le prix ne sera pas remis.

7. Les chances de gagner dépendent du nombre total de participations reçues, conformément aux paragraphes 2, 3 et 4. 

RÉCLAMATION DU PRIX

8. Pour être déclaré gagnant, le participant sélectionné devra :

a) avoir respecté toutes les conditions d’admissibilité et de participation, conformément aux paragraphes 2, 3, et 4;

b) être sélectionné lors du tirage;

c) signer le formulaire de déclaration et d’exonération de responsabilité (ci-après le « Formulaire de déclaration ») qui lui sera transmis par courriel et le retourner à l’organisateur du concours au plus tard dans les trois (3) jours suivant sa réception.

Si un gagnant sélectionné n’est pas majeur, son parent ou tuteur légal doit signer le formulaire avant de recevoir le Prix. Dès réception du formulaire signé par le parent ou le tuteur légal du gagnant sélectionné, l'organisateur du concours considérera ce dernier comme le gagnant (ci-après le « Gagnant ») et le parent ou le tuteur légal pourra réclamer le prix au nom dudit Gagnant.

9.  À défaut de respecter l’une des conditions mentionnées au paragraphe ci-dessus ou toute autre condition prévue au présent règlement de participation, la participation des personnes sélectionnées sera annulée et un nouveau tirage pour le prix sera effectué conformément au présent règlement, jusqu’à ce que le participant soit sélectionné et déclaré gagnant.

CONDITIONS GÉNÉRALES

10. Vérification. Les inscriptions sont sujettes à vérification par l’Organisateur. Toute inscription qui est, selon le cas, incomplète, illisible ou frauduleuse, sera automatiquement rejetée et ne donnera pas droit à un prix. 

11. Participation non conforme. L’Organisateur se réserve le droit de disqualifier toute personne ou d’annuler une ou plusieurs participations de toute personne participant à ce concours ou tentant d’y participer par un moyen contraire à ce règlement. Cette personne pourrait être confiée aux autorités judiciaires compétentes.

12. Acceptation du prix. Tout prix devra être accepté tel qu’il est décrit au présent règlement et ne pourra être transféré à une autre personne, substitué par un autre prix ou être échangé en partie ou en totalité contre de l’argent, sous réserve de ce qui est prévu au paragraphe ci-dessous.

13. Substitution de prix. Dans l’éventualité où, pour des raisons non reliées au gagnant, l’organisateur du concours ne peut attribuer un prix (ou une portion de prix) tel qu’il est décrit au présent règlement, il s’engage à attribuer un prix (ou une portion de prix) de même nature et de valeur équivalente ou, à son entière discrétion, la valeur du prix (ou de la portion de prix) indiquée au règlement en argent.

14. Refus d’accepter un prix. Le refus d’une personne sélectionnée au hasard d’accepter un prix selon les modalités du présent règlement libère l’Organisateur de toute obligation reliée à ce prix envers cette personne.

15. Limite de responsabilité – utilisation du prix. Toute personne gagnante dégage l’Organisateur de toute responsabilité relativement à tout dommage qu’elle pourrait subir en raison de l’acceptation ou de l’utilisation de son prix. Afin d’être déclarée gagnante et préalablement à l’obtention de son prix, toute personne sélectionnée s’engage à signer, si requis, un formulaire de déclaration à cet effet.

16. Limite de responsabilité – fonctionnement du concours. L’Organisateur se dégage de toute responsabilité relativement au mauvais fonctionnement de toute composante informatique, de tout logiciel ou de toute ligne de communication, relativement à toute transmission défaillante, incomplète, incompréhensible ou effacée par tout ordinateur ou tout réseau, et qui peut limiter la possibilité ou empêcher toute personne de participer au concours. L’Organisateur se dégage aussi de toute responsabilité pour tout dommage ou toute perte pouvant être causés, directement ou indirectement, en tout ou en partie, par le téléchargement de tout logiciel ou de tout formulaire et par la transmission de toute information visant la participation au concours. 

17. Modification. L’organisateur du concours se réserve le droit, à son entière discrétion, d’annuler, de terminer, de modifier ou de suspendre le présent concours, en tout ou en partie, dans l’éventualité où il se manifesterait un événement, une erreur ou toute intervention humaine pouvant corrompre ou affecter l’administration, la sécurité, l’impartialité ou le déroulement du concours comme prévu dans le présent règlement. Dans tous les cas, l’Organisateur ne pourra être tenu d’attribuer plus de prix que ceux indiqués dans le présent règlement ou d’attribuer des prix autrement que conformément au présent règlement.

18. Autorisation. En participant à ce concours, toute personne gagnante autorise l’Organisateur du concours à utiliser, si requis, ses noms, photographie, image, et ce, à leur discrétion et sans limites quant à la période d’utilisation, dans tout média et à l’échelle mondiale, à des fins publicitaires ou à toute autre fin jugée pertinente.

19. Communication avec les participants. À l’exception de la communication initiale lors de l’inscription et des suivis auprès des personnes sélectionnées pour un prix, aucune autre correspondance ne sera envoyée dans le cadre du concours. 

20. Décisions de l’organisateur du concours. Toute décision de l’organisateur du concours ou de ses représentants en lien avec le présent concours est finale et sans appel, sous réserve de toute décision de la Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec relativement à toute question relevant de sa compétence.

21. Différend. Un différend quant à l’organisation ou à la conduite d’un concours publicitaire peut être soumis à la Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux afin qu’il soit tranché. Un différend quant à l’attribution d’un prix peut être soumis à la Régie uniquement aux fins d’une intervention pour tenter de le régler.

22. Identification du participant. Aux fins du présent règlement, le participant est la personne dont les coordonnées sont données lors de l’appel téléphonique. Cette personne à qui le prix sera remis si elle est sélectionnée et déclarée gagnante.

Contest Rules

Aubainerie Contest –  

1.     The contest is organized by Groupe JNC 1944 Inc. (Aubainerie), hereinafter referred to as the "contest organizer." The contest ends on the last day of each month at 11:59 PM (ET) (hereinafter referred to as the "contest period").

ELIGIBILITY   

2.     This contest is open to individuals aged 18 and older residing in Quebec at the time of the contest. 
 
Any participant who has not reached the age of majority may enter the contest, provided that the parent or legal guardian of the participant authorizes and agrees to comply with these regulations (the said parent or legal guardian must, among other things, agree to sign the declaration and release of liability and agree to receive the prize on behalf of the minor participant if the latter is declared a winner).  

3.     Employees, agents, and representatives of Aubainerie, Aubainerie Entrepôt, and AUB44 stores, their subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, participating merchants, prize suppliers, and any other party directly involved in the organization of this contest, as well as their immediate family members (brothers, sisters, children, father, mother), their legal or common-law spouse, and all persons with whom these employees, representatives, and agents are domiciled, are not eligible. By entering the contest, participants (and their guardian or parent, if applicable) agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of these official rules. 

HOW TO PARTICIPATE 

No purchase necessary. 

4.     Participants must fill out the online form at the following address https://aubainerie.com/en/pages/newsletter, accept the contest rules, and Aubainerie's privacy policy.   

5.     When filling out the participation form, participants must provide the following information: email address, first name, last name, and postal code. 

Participants must adhere to the limits specified in these rules; otherwise, the contest organizer reserves the right to cancel one or more of their entries. 
 
Limit of one entry per person. Only one entry per person. The person must be subscribed to our newsletter at the time of the draw. Only individuals subscribing to the Aubainerie newsletter for the first time between the contest dates are eligible   

PRIZES

6.     The prize will be awarded as follows: 

A $100 gift card will be drawn from all new newsletter sign-ups made within the 30 days. 
 

7.     The following conditions apply to the prizes: prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-redeemable for cash. 

DRAW

8.     The draw will be held at Aubainerie's head office on the first business day of each month at 12:00 PM (ET). If one or more drawn entries do not meet all the conditions stipulated in these rules, the entries of the selected individuals will be canceled, and a new draw will be conducted in accordance with these rules until the participants are selected and declared winners. 

9.     The chance of winning depends on the total number of entries received, in accordance with paragraphs 2, 3, 4, and 5. 

CLAIMING PRIZES 

10.   In order to be declared a winner, any selected person must: 

a)    have correctly filled out the participation form, in accordance with paragraphs 2, 3, and 4. 

b)    be drawn at random as per the details in paragraph 4;   

c)     answer the mathematical skill-testing question; 

d)    sign the declaration and release of liability form (hereinafter the "declaration form") that will be sent to them by email and return it to the contest organizer no later than three (3) days after receiving it. If a selected winner is not of legal age, their parent or legal guardian must sign the form before receiving the prize. Upon receipt of the signed form by the parent or legal guardian of the selected winner, the contest organizer will consider the latter as the winner (hereinafter the "Winner"), and the parent or legal guardian can claim the prize on behalf of the said Winner. 

11.   Failure to comply with any of the conditions mentioned above or any other condition stipulated in these participation rules will result in the cancellation of the participation of the selected individuals, and a new draw for these prizes will be conducted in accordance with these rules until the participants are selected and declared winners. 

GENERAL CONDITIONS 

12.   Verification. Entries are subject to verification by the contest organizer. Any entry that is, as applicable, incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent, will be automatically rejected and will not entitle the participant to a prize. 

13.   Non-compliant participation. The contest organizer reserves the right to disqualify any person or cancel one or more entries from any person participating in this contest or attempting to participate by means contrary to these rules. This person could be referred to the competent judicial authorities. 

14.   Acceptance of the prize. Any prize must be accepted as described in these rules and cannot be transferred to another person, substituted for another prize, or exchanged in whole or in part for cash, subject to what is provided in the paragraph below. 

15.   Prize substitution. In the event that, for reasons unrelated to the winner, the contest organizer cannot award a prize (or a portion of a prize) as described in these rules, it undertakes to award a prize (or a portion of a prize) of the same nature and equivalent value or, at its sole discretion, the cash value of the prize (or portion of the prize) indicated in the rules. 

16.   Refusal to accept a prize. The refusal of a randomly selected person to accept a prize according to the terms of these rules releases the contest organizer from any obligation related to that prize to that person. 

17.   Limitation of liability – use of the prize. Any winning person releases Aubainerie stores and franchises, Aubainerie Entrepôt, and AUB44, their affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, their employees, agents, and representatives from any liability for any damage they may suffer due to the acceptance or use of their prize. In order to be declared a winner and prior to receiving their prize, any selected person agrees to sign, if required, a declaration form to that effect. 

18.   Limitation of liability – contest operation. Aubainerie stores and franchises, Aubainerie Entrepôt, AUB44, their affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, their employees, agents, and representatives disclaim any liability for the malfunction of any computer component, software, or communication line, for any transmission failure, incomplete, incomprehensible, or deleted by any computer or network, which may limit the ability or prevent any person from participating in the contest. Aubainerie stores and franchises, Aubainerie Entrepôt, and AUB44, their affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, their employees, agents, and representatives also disclaim any liability for any damage or loss that may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, by the downloading of any software or form and by the transmission of any information for participation in the contest. 

19.   Modification. The contest organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this contest, in whole or in part, in the event that an event, error, or any human intervention occurs that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality, or conduct of the contest as provided in these rules. In any case, the contest organizer, its affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers of products or services related to this contest, as well as its employees, agents, and representatives, will not be required to award more prizes than those indicated in these rules or to award prizes other than in accordance with these rules. 

20.   Impossibility to act – labor dispute. Aubainerie stores and franchises, Aubainerie Entrepôt, and AUB44, their affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, their employees, agents, and representatives will not assume any liability of any kind in all cases where their inability to act results from a fact or situation beyond their control or from a strike, lockout, or any other labor dispute in their establishment or in the establishments of the organizations or companies whose services are used to hold this contest. 

21.   Limitation of liability – participation. By participating or attempting to participate in this contest, any person releases the contest organizer, its affiliated companies, advertising and/or promotion agencies, employees, agents, and representatives from any liability for any damage they may suffer due to their participation or attempt to participate in the contest. 

22.   Authorization. By participating in this contest, any winning person authorizes the contest organizer, its partners, representatives, and prize suppliers to use, if required, their name, photograph, image, at their discretion and without limits as to the period of use, in any media and worldwide, for advertising purposes or any other purpose deemed relevant. 

23.   Communication with participants. No communication (other than during registration) or correspondence will be made with participants in this contest, except with individuals selected for a prize or participants that opted in for the newsletter. 

24.   Decisions of the contest organizer. Any decision of the contest organizer or its representatives regarding this contest is final and binding, subject to any decision of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec regarding any matter within its jurisdiction. 

25.   Dispute. A dispute regarding the organization or conduct of an advertising contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for resolution. A dispute regarding the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie solely for the purpose of attempting to resolve it. 

26.   Participant identification. For the purposes of these rules, the participant is the person whose contact information is provided during the phone call. This person to whom the prize will be awarded if selected and declared a winner.

Which One Costs Less? - Contest (Ended)

Contest Rules

1. The “Which One Costs Less” contest is organized by Groupe JNC 1944 Inc. (Aubainerie), hereinafter referred to as the “contest organizer.” The contest runs from June 6, 2025, at 12:00 PM (ET) to June 13, 2025, at 12:00 AM (ET) (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest Period”).

ELIGIBILITY

2. This contest is open to anyone aged 18 and older residing in Quebec or in Ontario at the time of the contest.

3. Employees, agents, and representatives of Aubainerie, Aubainerie Warehouse, and AUB44 stores and franchisees, their subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, partners, participating merchants, prize suppliers, materials and services related to this contest, and any other parties directly involved in the conduct of this contest, as well as their immediate family members (brothers, sisters, children, father, mother), legal spouse or common-law partner, and any persons with whom these employees, representatives, and agents are domiciled, are not eligible. By entering the contest, participants (and their guardian or parent, if applicable) agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of these official rules.

Any participant who has not reached the age of majority may participate in the contest, provided that the parent or legal guardian of said participant authorizes and agrees to comply with these rules (said parent or legal guardian must, among other things, agree to sign the declaration and release of liability and agree to receive the prize on behalf of said minor participant if the latter is declared a Winner).

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

4. No purchase necessary. There is only one way to enter: the contest is held on both Facebook and Instagram, with one winner per platform. To participate, simply comment on the post with your guess for which pants cost less. Only those who provide the correct answer will be eligible for the draw. You may enter on both platforms, but only one prize can be won per person.

PRIZES

5. Prize offered: A $100 Aubainerie gift card.

One winner will be randomly selected on Facebook and another on Instagram. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

DRAW

6. On June 16, 2025, at 12:00 PM (ET) at Aubainerie's head office, a random draw will be held to select the winner. The winner will be announced on June 16, 2025, by tagging them in a comment under the post. If one or more selected entries do not meet all the conditions outlined in these rules, the entries of the selected individuals will be canceled, and a new draw will be conducted in accordance with these rules until participants are selected and declared winners.

7. The odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received, in accordance with paragraphs 2, 3 and 4.

CLAIMING PRIZES

8. In order to be declared a winner, any selected individual must: a) have met all the eligibility and entry conditions, in accordance with sections 2, 3 and 4;

b) be drawn at random in the draw; c) sign the declaration and waiver form (hereinafter the “declaration form”) which will be emailed to them and return it to the contest organizer no later than three (3) days following its receipt. If a selected winner is not of legal age, their parent or legal guardian must sign the form before receiving the prize. Upon receipt of the signed form by the parent or legal guardian of the selected winner, the contest organizer will consider the latter as the winner (hereinafter the “Winner”), and the parent or legal guardian may claim the prize on behalf of said Winner.

Limitation of liability—contest operation: Aubainerie, Aubainerie Warehouse, and AUB44 stores and franchisees, their affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, their employees, agents, and representatives disclaim any liability for any malfunction of any computer component, software, or communication line, for any transmission failure, incomplete, incomprehensible, or erased by any computer or network, which may limit or prevent any person from participating in the contest. They also disclaim any liability for any damage or loss caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, by the downloading of any software or form and by the transmission of any information for the purpose of participating in the contest.

17. Modification: The contest organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this contest, in whole or in part, in the event of an event, error, or any human intervention that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or conduct of the contest. In all cases, the contest organizer, its affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, suppliers of products or services related to this contest, as well as its employees, agents, and representatives, shall not be obliged to award more prizes than those indicated in these rules or to award prizes otherwise than in accordance with these rules.

18. Inability to Act—Labor Dispute: Aubainerie, Aubainerie Warehouse, and AUB44 stores and franchisees, their affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, their employees, agents, and representatives shall not assume any liability in cases where their inability to act results from a situation beyond their control, including a strike, lockout, or any other labor dispute.

19. Limitation of Liability—Participation: By participating or attempting to participate in this contest, any person releases the contest organizer, its affiliates, advertising and/or promotional agencies, employees, agents, and representatives from any liability for any damage they may suffer as a result of their participation or attempted participation in the contest.

20. Authorization: By participating in this contest, any winning person authorizes the contest organizer, its partners, representatives, and prize suppliers to use, if required, their name, photograph, image, at their discretion and without limitation as to the period of use, in any media and worldwide, for advertising purposes or for any other purpose deemed relevant.

21. Communication with Participants: No communication (other than during registration) or correspondence will be conducted with participants in connection with this contest, except with individuals selected for a prize. However, participants have the option to subscribe to the Aubainerie newsletter at the time of registration. Those who voluntarily choose this option may receive additional communications, such as promotional offers and updates, outside of the contest.

22. Decisions of the Contest Organizer: Any decision of the contest organizer or its representatives regarding this contest is final and binding, subject to any decision of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec regarding any matter within its jurisdiction.

ELIGIBILITY
