Shipping is free on orders of $75 or more before taxes. This offer is valid in Canada only, on merchandise ordered online, and is subject to change during promotional events. 

For orders under $75 before taxes, a flat shipping fee of $8.95 will be added to your final invoice. 

An express shipping option is also available for $14.95*.

During regular periods*, standard shipping takes between 2 to 4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). 

For express shipping, please allow 1 to 2 business days. 

During high-traffic periods**, standard delivery may take between 4 to 7 business days, while express delivery remains at 1 to 2 business days. 

Orders are shipped and delivered by Canada Post, Canpar, UniUni and Intelcom. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package right to your door!

Aubainerie assumes the risk of loss of items ordered on aubainerie.com, as soon as they are taken possession of by the carrier, for both purchases and returns made by mail.
